how do i automate or schedule the disk cleanup (the one under accessories,system tools,disk cleaup) in my PC

  1. McAfee does this, but you must own and have a McAfee subscription.

    CCleaner also does this. it is freeware from download.com

  2. Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Task Scheduler

    I use McAfee as my anti-virus software and it also has a task scheduler feature.  

  3. don't automate any program. do it manually when you want to.
