Automotive classes in high school?

Question

Okay so im a girl and about to be a freshman. I want to take an auto class.

Would the guys treat me differently???

aNd is it a good class to take???

and how many girls are regularly in those classes???

guys opinion please or girls who have taken it.

We had a many auto classes at my (private) high school. My friend took Intro to Auto her junior year and she was the only girl in the class! It was her and 13 guys, haha. She said it was kind of weird at first, but most of the guys thought she was really cool for taking an auto class so it worked out.

I think it would be a very good class to take, I wish now I'd taken it so I don't have to pay some grease monkey(no offense to any grease monkeys out there) to change my oil and my air filter and all that when I could be doing it myself!

1) Yeah they'll treat you different...they might want to hang out with you a lot more

2) Yeah when you get your license you are going to want to know some of the basics about engines

3) Normally not very many
