I am a noob fsx player even though i landed perfectly with a 747 last night.

I want to take a break from flying and just go in the passenger view and watch the autopilot do all the work so the plane will go on its own to its destination. I have no clue how to do anything except do a simple take off and landing. I have heard about the nav/gps k**b and i found where that is. Other that i have no clue where anything else is so please tell me where everything is and how to do everything. THANKS!!!

  1. In a Boeing 747 there is a switch (that is actually a k**b) in the cockpit labeled "NAV - GPS". it is located right above the Primary Flight display (the display that shows you your heading, altitude, speed etc.) click once on that k**b to turn it to GPS (if it is on NAV). then on your autopilot panel, you need to click on the button marked NAV. this will make the plane fly to the destination that you have filed in your flight plan. However, it will not take it right down to your destination. You still need to adjust your altitude according to ATC instructions when you get close to your destination.
