  3. Hi Bubbles,

    well, they claim in Scarborough on England's east coast that they have their very own unique weather systems which, according to story, seem to conform to that which you are seeking.

    Certainly there is an element of truth in the claims but as to whether it really does never freeze and never get above 21°C I am not able to say as I just visit there occasionally.

    They say that the Kyle of Lochalsh in Scotland also enjoys this sort of unique weather systems. So much so that the one time that it did actually snow on the Kyle back in 1969 (I think), tourists flocked to it to photograph it (me too!)

    Hope this helps.

    Incidentally, why do you consider the US not to be in this world?

    Blessed be.

  4. Autumn differs from place to place.

    In U.S. one of the best weather would be in Seattle, Washington. Where it doesn't get too cold and doesn't get too hot either.

    Another good weather but bit on warmer side would be San Diago, CA.

    Normally western cost side of any country with a large ocean on western side enjoys mild weather with small difference between Summer and Winter Temperature, while any city on Eastern Coast or that is Away from Western Sea enjoys Large Temperature range and bit of a random Weather conditions.

    Rough formula to calculate the temperate range of any place (My own idea so its not perfect) would be.

    Range = (Latitude / 4.4 + Altitude / 1000 + Distance from West Sea Coast / 100) / 1.55

    That gives your roughly the average yearly range between average high and average low.

  5. If you want a very even weather year round, you have to go somewhere where the great temperature regulator - the sea - is prevailing. And that is: an island.

    If, in addition, that island is in a major ocean current, the sea temperature will remain pretty constant thus making the island's temperature as constant.

    If you like colder climate, I could recommend the Faroes Islands between Scotland and Iceland. They never experience ice because they are in the Gulfstream. But being far north, the lenght of the day varies much during the year.

    Another alternative is the Cape Verde islands west of Senegal. Being between the tropic and equator, the days are pretty much the same year around and being in the Trade Winds, the sea temperature remains also constant.

    In the United States, if you want a climate with little seasonal chance, you must live near the sea. Seattle was mentionned by someone else. I've never been there but it sounds like a good idea.

  6. There isn't a place in the U.S. that isn't too cold or too hot, but certain places in Iceland have temperatures in the 40s during the winter and temperatures in the 60s during the summer.
