Avatar Help-Pop up Disruption~?

Question

-I go to my avatar area, select male, then I just sit and wait for the clothes to open up (load)...after it all loads this pop up comes up and takes the place of the clothing and, well I can't select anything.

-My question is: Anyone know how to solve this problem?

You can click the "back" button one time and it will collapse the advertisement to let you continue.

I'm having the same problem currently.  Very annoying.
