Avatar/Photo problem. Can someone please help?

I joined Y!A yesterday. And i'm not a very happy puppy. I created a 360 yahoo account but when I go to edit my info on Y!A it says I don't have an account.

But if I go to my 360 account, then sign out and go to Y!A it says I can use my 360 picture (which is a picture of me - the happy puppy) but it doesn't display me the happy puppy but it displays the grey profile. And where it says choose your nickname it says '360 nickname not found, make a 360 profile' and when I click on that it takes me to my 360 profile.

So I selected to use my 360 picture but it is still gray and I waited a day. I'm so coonfused... Is it a problem with the link between Y!A and 360 yahoo? Does anyone have this problem as well? Did they fix it?

How can I complain to Y!A about this problem?
