Avatar: ending: rocked or sucked?

avatar the last air bender.. i personally think the ending sucked with that easy breezy way of overcoming the obstacles.. plus the unanswered questions about zuko's mom and whatnot.. so, did it rock or did it suck?

Ending? Avatar hasn't ended. There is a live-action movie coming out for Avatar. It may stink. There's rumors of who's playing who. According to this website, the person playing "Aang"is 17, and doesn't have the image of a 12 year old (even though Aang is 112). Sokka may be Ether Brent. Noah Hunt as Zuko. Maybe it will come out ok =] The ending was pretty weird though for the series...  the film is being released on July 2, 2010.

I also thought it sucked, I couldn't get over Iroh's voice and how easily everything was wrapped up.  Honestly, what about Zukos mom?  What about angry fire nation citizens?  No one in the nation is pissed off still?  They sure seemed like it in the middle of the seasons.  A bad ending for a good show.  I though Azula going insane was extremely stupid, her personality just warped, this was just pathetic, Zuko never used lighting either, that kind of made me angry, because I felt if Zuko could use the lighting, then it would show how he is finally self actualized and all.  O well, great potential wasted

I'd say about...48% rocked

52% sucked.

I was Highly disappointed over the whereabouts of Zuko's mom which we never get to hear.

And things did happen kinda smoothly....

I guess I kinda expected more to happen.

The ending appeared to have been rushed, and many questions still remain.

What happened to Zukos mom being one of those questions....and for that matter, what happened to Azula?

Is she dead, or locked up somewhere?

Then the action sequences...they were kinda cool but some were sorta lame and happened to quickly.

Like when Katara was fighting Azula, I could have thought of a better fight then that!

What she did was cool but that could've waited a little longer for some suspense....

I don't know but I agree with you completely.

Sorry creators of Avatar, but you could have done better. =(

It definately didn't rock, but I dont think it sucked either.

I definately thought that it would be more intense between Aang and the firelord, I mean, he could have AT LEAST had the guts to kill him! Jeez! (Thats my opinion)

But I think everyone hated the fact that they left it at a cliffhanger like that with Zuko's mom.

Also, I guess it was too predictable with the whole Kataang thing and Zuko and Mai.

I was expecting more.

Well, I loved the show so much that I wanna say rocked, but it was a little inbetween.

Like, what happened with Zuko and his mom?

What happened to Jet's two other friends? Smellerbee and the silent guy.

What happened to Azula?

But I'm psyched for the movie, oh soo much.

nothing about avatar sucked. if anything sucked it was that it ended, i mean yeah ok " were the h**l is zukos mom" but the there are lots of stuff like that like toph going home or not, or katara and aang it never ends but that all can only be answered with a book 4 which i would love to see.

basically i would say more avatar is needed.

yeah i thought it was really lame, the ending wasn't all that good in my opinion
