Avatar help plz help :-(?

ok, I have a 360 avatar but i cant get it to show up when i ask or answer questions it is still only a grey face shows up :-(

First, check your setup.

Click on your avatar to go to your profile, and click on 'edit my info'. Make sure the button for 'use 360 pic' is selected. Scroll down and click 'preview'. If ok, click 'ok'.

If it WAS ok, then you just need to be patient. Normally, a new or changed avatar would show up in 'answers' in a couple of hours to a day or so. They've been having problems recently though and it can take as much a week if it shows up at all.
