Avatar problem...?

My avatar has a smiley face,when i open my e-mail,it has a smiley face but when i'm in YA,i'm not smiling! What happened? How do i change it. I tried editing my avatar,didn't work. Tx!

Are you sure you saved the changes after editing it?

get  a real pic of yourself :)

try to create another aviator and use that one

make it simuler and change the background

Try to  set avatar in yahoo messanger under preferance or  click on the avatar in yahoo messanger to  change it there>.
