Avator Background?

I Cant Change My Avator Background . Everytime I Change It And Save It Still Shows The Old One I Had Anyone Know Why And What I Can Do ?? There Is No Info In The Help Section For This

  1. This has been going on for at least 4 days now, and apparently has not been sorted out as of yet..... I hope they fix it soon cuz I cannot show my  new avatar!!!!
