We just bought a new small business phone system. We only one private office, and need to be able to answer all calls at any phone, have all call ring through to all phones and ring several times, only one phone will have voice mail. We need to be able to switch phones easy and have the call follow. Right now when we get an incomming call it goes strait to "Sorry your party can't be reached right now" I looked it up and It sounded like abreviated ringing so I deactivated that on all extensions, but it still does it. What are the best programing setup for us? What settings should we set? How can we get incoming calls to ring through?
