When i was 14 (last year) I ran 20:03 as my best but there were kids on my team that were also 14 getting 17:30's and 18's

My 5K time as a 14 year old is 21:36

Depens on how long you have been running and everything.  If you have just started then finishing could be good enough.  I would also say that around 24 minutes would be an alright time for a beginner although it will increase a lot in a short amount of time after running for a bit.
