I have just been to a interview at a nurseying home which has a pretty large garden which requires jobs like:

Mowing a huge gardening going over it 3 times -

Trimming Bushes All over The place -

Prawing bushs -

Planting seeds -

Cutting Bushes -

Getting Rid of weeds -

Sweeping Leaves -

and a few other jobs -

They say my pay is going to be £4.60 which is just mimum wage for me. I consider this job very hard work and needs alot of effort to be put in. They want me to work 5 hours per day through 3 days a week and even the manager of the place said theres alot to work on.

I consider this job alot of work and i have some experence in the field so my question is am i being under paid for such a physical job? i was orginal told the pay would be £6 - £6.50 which i thought was about right!

  1. Maybe that is the pay after a brief try-out period at lower pay while they see how you work. Have you reminded them that the original pay they mentioned was £6 - £6.50 an hour?

It's hard, physically, but it's "unskilled labor", so you have a lotof competition for the job.
