Depends on nationality, heredity, how much you've grown.

There really is not an average, especially at your age. Just wait it out, don't jump to grow up. You'll have 50 years plus with your fully grown tool. You know?

EDIT: You shouldn't be getting any at 14 - go read a comic book. no offense, but s*x doesn't get good until you turn 17.

Mine was 5.5 inches when I was 14, now it's 8 in. and I'm 15.
