Average Speed in a 40 yd dash?

for someone who is aroud 6'4" 200, what is a typical speed, or just a speed in the 40 in general

i'm only 13 but i can run mine in 5.36 seconds (i play football)  and my friend has one one in 5 seconds flat on a pro system that is designed to start and stop time when you finish and is exact.  If you are in shape i would say somewhere under 6.5 seconds
