Average cost of a 15 gal. aquarium?

in a largly recognized petstore such as PetsMart or Petco? and just in case, in US dollars.

No no no no dont get ur gerbil tank at wal mart.. they onli have up to 6 gallon. personally my dad made mine. took him onli 4 hours at petsmart a 20 gallon tank is 75 us dollars and 50 us dollars for a 10 gallon tank any higher is 100+ us dollars.

although you asked for petsmart or petco check walmart.  its way cheaper.  their about a little over 10 dollars.  

Im glad youve chosen an aquarium over a wire cage or a plastic cage.

I know I paid $15 dollars for a 10 gallon but thats all that it came with other than the lid. You also need to get bedding and food and a house to hide in and other things.

I guess someone said $10.   I had two gerbils to a 10 gallon tank, which I believe was around $20.  I guess it would be a little more, anywhere from $15-$30 is my guess.

The best bet is to call some store or go to their website and find out for yourself.  After all, who needs the average if you're only going to one place?  

Ebay and craigslist are always options as well that'll offer cheaper prices.

glass would be around $30-45.

i think they sell aquariums especially for rodents and reptiles --made of plastic and not meant to hold water--that should cost less.
