  1. Well, since your question was not clear on the actual data you wanted, I took some liberties in providing an answer. I found several Arizona real estate internet pages all claiming that AZ has 330 to 335 days of sunlight a year. They also claimed that Arizona got 20% more sunlight than Florida. (I have no doubt this is true but they provided no source for their data.) But since this is not a scientific measurement, I went a little further and checked the total of cloudless days and mostly sunny days with no precipitation for the nearest city with meteorological statistics (Blythe, CA) and came up with the following:

Total mostly cloudy/rainy days for the Blythe, CA region from today (July 2, 2008) back to July 2, 2007 was 15 days.

Simple subtraction gives you the total of "sunlit" days e.g. 365-15=350.

350 days divided by 12 months (350/12=29.166) average "sunlit" days per month from one year ago until today.

If you need annual averages you could go to the website below and scroll down to the monthly calendar near the bottom and count the number of days each month for several years back and then compute your own average. Good Luck, and I hope that helps. (By the way, if you want your answers quickly and accurately, it helps if you are very specific about the data you want...)
