i have been training for 17 weeks on a specific training program aimed at finishing 1.40 min. there was hill training and speed-work... increasing mileage from 10-40 km a week from beginning to end of training.i have been casually running for 2 years, i am 27 years old and this is my first half marathon.what would be an average time?also, would it be reasonable after the race to take a few days off and then start a 4 month marathon training program?thanks.
