Average height of women in Honduras?

Does anyone know? Are they short by North American standards? In the San Pedro Sula area. Gracias, amigas y amigos.

I would say 1. 45 m tall around 4' 8 ft. I do think they are really short compare to North American Standards. Women in the US are tall!!! I dont not know about the San Pedro Sula Area but i can say that it shouldnt be a lot of difference around Honduras because their is bad nutrition.

I have been to San Pedro Sula several times and I can tell you for a fact at 5'-8" tall  that I feel like a giant in that country. Another thing, because of malnutrition you do not see an abundance of obesity like you do in the good ole U.S. I have never seen so many petite woman as I have seen in that country. But it is also that way in many of the central america countries.

I've been to central America a few times and i can tell you that they are very short, your looking at an average or about 4 foot 10 inches.  They don't get much nutrition as children so they don't have much help on growing taller.
