  1. If you're looking at Auto Insurance, there are a couple of different things you have to take into consideration. First, if your vehicles are registered in Alabama, then you must carry insurance in Alabama.  If they are registered in Florida, then you must carry insurance in Florida.

If it's homeowners insurance, there is no real way to figure that without knowing more details about the home. I.E. Where it is located, if it's wood or brick (you get a better rate on a brick home), etc.  Your best bet would be to call a local agent.

    Good Luck!

  2. House insurance?  Car insurance?  Health insurance?  And how do you average a brick house, and a wood house?

If you're talking house insurance, no state is higher than Florida.

  3. I guessing that because you said "family of 4" that you weren't trying to tell us how big your car or house is (previous answers).  I'm assuming that you're talking about health insurance.  You can quote Florida off my site to get prices, but not Alabama.

And don't get an 'average' price, because that won't help you.  You need the price, but a family of four where the parents are 22 yrs old is going to be a quarter of the cost where the parents are 52 years old.

go to http://www.InsurancePickle.com and click on the pickle.  It requires to personal information and you can get the real quote..for Florida.  It won't work for Alabama.
