No, it doesn't make you retarded. There are people called savants that get an iq around yours, but one savant could tell you, on what day june 30 is, 2000 years from now. Also, a savant, just by hearing a song once, could play it perfectly on a piano. It justs means that your abilities could be somewhere else.
