  1. It depends on where you got your degree and how much work experience you have.

  2. Well, let's see. If you're married to the boss's daughter, I assume quite high. But if you're only a distant relative that the boss barely knows, not so high. Then again, if you're dating the boss, really high, with benefits! Now if you're a friend of a friend then well probably average. But if you play golf with the boss every week, pretty high. If you're applying with a degree, oh well, get in line. If you're applying with a degree and have some experience in the field, oh well get in line. If you have a degree, have some experience, and have blonde hair, then your in, but just in, not yet paid highly, until you play golf with the boss...then we're talking money. Now if you're aggressive and it shows in the interview, you'll need to know that your boss doesn't care, he just want's to know if you play golf. But if you bring your best charm you can muster up, you need to know that if you're a brunette, it won't matter, you'll be paid low, but you might get paid higher if you dye you hair.

All in all, if your the son, obviously, very, very high and so on and so on and so on...

That's about how it works. Now if you love what you do...that's the ticket to the best paying job for everyone...but its a rare bird who flies on that path.

I hope to God that I hear you got a high wage because you deserve it and write back some day to all of us and tell us it's possible through hard work, dedication, and because you earned it. It would put hope into millions of Americans who can barely survive on a "good" wage that they've worked like a dog for.
