Average salary for an LPN?

Instead of going 4 years to be an RN, whats the salary difference? I know you don't do as much as an RN though.

The national average annual earnings of LPNs  $36,210 with the salaries varying by practice area: nursing care facility - $37,5700; hospitals - $34,640 ; physician office/clinic - $32,500; home care - $37,810; and employment agency - $42,250.

i am an RN in Canada. Last year made 90,000. my mother was a LPN she always struggled to make ends meet. You should definitely go for the RN. Many more options are available to you after you graduate.
