I am in high school now, but I was just wondering what the average salary of a person with these degrees. I do understand the University that the person goes to matters tremendously, but I was just wondering the range I would be looking at.

Thanks!

  1. As the prior person said, it really depends.  You need to work for a few years before getting an MBA so it also depends on your work experience.  If you want to work on Wall St, you can start after an MBA with several years of good work experience with $150,000 a year, but that's only a small percentage.  You could work in a corporation and start at around $85,000 or a small company for much less.  It's a combination of what you put into it, the economy at the time, and the school(s) you attend.  -

  2. Salaries will vary in different locations and depending on your qualifications and employment setting.More information, tips and help at http://moreaboutsalary.blogspot.com/

  3. Any average would be highly misleading for the exact reason you cite, school matters tremendously. A graduate from a top undergrad school or a top MBA program can easily make multiples of what someone would make graduating from a mediocre program.

Range for undergrad would be a top school grad at an ibank making $130,000 the first year out and an average state u grad making $45,000. A Harvard MBA can esily make a quarter million first year out, a mediocre MBA program grad would be happy to make $70,000.
