  1. It could be instantly

  2. it took me 6 months! i was on the birth control pill and then the depo.

  3. It is recommended that you wait 3 months after going off birth control to start TTC just to let your system normalize, get all the drugs out of your body, and build up the nutrients needed to support a life.

That being said, there has been no proven ill affect to children conceived right after going off birth control.

There is about a 20 - 25% chance of conceiving each month considering everything is working normally for yourself and daddy to be. The average amount of time for a couple ttc is    6-8 months.

Mind you this doesn't mean it adds up each month, making it 40-50% the next month and so on, but just 20-25% each month.

If after 1 year, you haven't gotten pregnant see a reproductive endocronologist, unless you are 35 or over, then see help after 6 months ttc.

    Good luck and BABY DUST!!!!

  4. It took me 8 months with my first and 1 month with my second and 1 month with my third!

  5. My friend got pregnant exactly 1 week after she quit taking birth control. My other friend it took a little over a month. Me it took over 2 years.

  6. I think average is 4 months however I was pregnant 2wks after stopping.
