Average wage for morrisons and waitrose?

1 of my losser old friends is bragging about a potentail job lead for morrisons or waitrose where he wil get £7:00 per hour for weekend and later shifts but he hasn't yet turned 16 and if he had is this really possible might sound like a harsh question but he doesnt try nything and i would like to put my mind at peace on the matter 2 tell if he's lying or not thanks in anticapation to anyone who awnsers i will give best awnser to whoever can get me exact figures

Waitrose wage is 6.17 an hour basic pay, this is subject to 1.5X pay on sundays and extra on public holidays etc.

Not a clue about morrisons.
