Average weight, height, etc. in Ireland?

Could someone please tell the the average weight, height, etc. are for Ireland?

Years ago, say 40 years ago the average Height was 5FT 6INCH and 10-13 Stone for Men and  5FT 4INCH 8-10 stone for Women. Today Because of Better Food and Nutrition we are catching up with everybody else and we are getting Taller and also Fatter ,and there are some Obese People because Lifestyles are changing. A lot of People are 6FT Plus

Men are now 5FT 8 INCH 12-14Stone and women are 5Ft 6INCH 9-11 stone But a lot are 6FT 4Inch and 14 stone, and there are a lot of women who are 6FT. I see a Lot of 15-16 Year old Girls and they are already 6ft and coming out of Schools. I am 6Ft 1inch but my Nephew who is 21 now is 6FT 5INCH this is not unusual now to see. So the Next Generations will be more Taller than they are now .

the average height of a man in ireland is roughly 5'10, we are little above the global average which is 5'9, the same with women the average is 5'6
