skin color matters because different races naturally have different sizes(its not stereotype its a fact

almost all asians and south americans are really skinny; white & black people are about the same(there are a bit more obese white people i believe); and american indians have the most obese people

i don't know what the average weight is for 6ft tall white males, but a healthy weight for 6ft tall people of any races should be around 149-188lb

There is no average weight.  A healthy weight for you would be between 120 and 160 lbs, depending on your frame and muscle mass.
