Avi to Mp4 converter?

Question

I stumbled across a website earlier this year where you just chose your video's directory and then where you wanted to mp4 to pop out then you hit "go". You didn't need any software, the service was free, it produced the whole movie without a watermark, and I can't seem to find it again. If anyone knows where this site is I'd be most appreciative. Just as good would be a free converter, but I don't have as high hope for that, haha! Thanks in advance!
