  1. If you lose it the right way it will take about a year to achieve that goal (maybe two years). If you exercise, eat right and get the right nutrition, the skin should not hang. That gross hanging is usually the result of bariatric surgeries or crash diets.

  2. Do lots of exercises to tone up the pounds you are losing. Water is very good, too.

  3. If you lose it slow, it will give your skin time to reform to your body.

A lot of the time, people who get that by-pass surgery, end up with saggy skin, because they lose all that weight super fast and don't give their skin time to catch up.

So break your 100lbs into 5-10 lbs a month.

  4. Loose the weight slow ( like 2lb a week) that way ur skin shrinks with the fat loss.

But as ur weight loss is high, u might need to get constructive surgery after the weight loss.

Ive never herd of this water idea, but u should drink 2litres a day to be healthy.

    Good Luck

  5. Probably not, your skin is only so elastic.  Yo-yo dieting is also bad for the skin even with smaller weight gains. So keep it off.

  6. d**n that sucks.

  7. Yes, drink tons of water, and lose the weight slowly.  Weight training and resistance training will also help avoid the excess skin!
