An Avon e-rep is a Avon Representative that has a web site that you can order off of.  Direct delivery means you can place an order on that represenatative's web site and have it shipped from Avon directly to your house instead of having it delivered by your representative.  It usually costs $3.00 for shipping, but Avon has been running free shipping promotions since Thanksgiving.  Hope this helps.
