i asked this question a little while ago but i don't really think people understood what i meant,

but i can't because i don't live in america, i live in the uk,

i don't want to buy cosmetics off the normal uk avon website

i want the mark cosmetics

You can always use a U.S.-based fowarding service. I used to use Shipito when I was studying abroad so that I could buy from Sephora. You go online, make your purchase as usual, only you use Shipito's address. When they received your order, they forward it on to you. It doesn't cost too much extra. It is worth a look if you really want something that won't ship internationally.
