Avon or maybelline makeup??

Question

Ok I used to use covergirl ultimate finish liquid powder makeup but even the lightest shade was too dark for my skin and turned my skin orangish. Then I tried some maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Concealer and I bought the lightest shade and then I did what it said put it on my blemishes and patted it in and my skin absorbed it!! I want something that I can use to cover some occasional zits and such and it needs to come in a light color to match my skin!!

I am thinking of trying either avon concealer http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Face/Foundation/dream-matte-mousse-makeup.htm Which one do you think would work better for me?? Thanks!!

Since your skin seems to not like light coverage things because it isnt heavy enough for it, I suggest that you use the avon one. Mousses are whipped and light which probably won't do any good for what you need. Your skin will probably end up "absorbing" it again. I recommend going to Sephora, Ulta, or department stores like Macy's or Nordstrom's so that you can test the products or have people match them for you. That way, you can have a natural looking foundation and concealer to go with it. You always get what you pay for.

i really love dream matte mousse. it goes on light, and has different shades that actually match your skin.

Whatever you do, don't use Avon. The company really sucks.

sounds like a dream matte mousse might spread accross you`re face rather than youre skin just absorbing it .
