  2. haha i have been through the same thing you've been through....

ok this is what i did and i cant make any guarantee's it will work for you, so let me give you an example...

i had a dream that i was told that my town was going to be flooded. but i live high up on a hill so i started not to believe that but i warned ppl anyways.

well i ended p in my house warning my parents when the house started to flood. then i explained to my mom that this was a dream and if i say "wake up" then i'll get out of the dream (note: i was like nine when i had this dream and im 13 now). so, as the water was about to my waist, i said wake up and immediately i saw blackness then i opened my eyes.

    and presto: i was awake

    try it; it might work

but i think you're jst stressed out or you want to see what happens next in the dream even though u think u dont want to.

just tell the ppl around you that this is a dream

that's what i do...who knows it might work for you

i wish you luck in finding your answer =)

  3. I have dreams like that ALL the time. It's horrible to feel that you can't move, isn't it!? It's really scary and uncomfortable. Usually if I just relax and go back to sleep I will be able to move later.

  4. I'm not sure but i have heard that during the night your soul comes out of your body and when you try to wake up your soul is close to you to get in as fast.

so when your trying to wake up your soul is trying to get back in your body

anyways i don't know i have just been told that

  5. turn the light on. haha maybe you think ur eyes are closed but its just to dark in ur room. or open ur eyelids manually- using ur fingers. tehn see a doctor

  6. I've had basically the same thing happen to me.  It started when i was about 13, I'm now 23 and still having this weird dreams.  My problem is that there is a strong force pushing down on my body and won't let me go.  Also I can't move, talk, scream, etc.  Sometimes i hear voices and sense someone else is in the room.  Also I hear a sudden humming noise that gets louder and louder throughout the dream.  I end up saying in my head since I can't talk to "let me go please, let me go" and then it seems after horrifying minutes that pass I will be released from my dream  and I'm now awaking. I usual wake up with a headache and pain in different places.  Does anyone else have dreams like this with these effects?

  7. Seems like your brain isn't fully waken up yet. You seem to be able to pull yourself out with a defense mechanism but you're not fully conscious yet. You may also be putting yourself into shock....which would really suck.
