another Laker hater, and the answer is NO

The Pistons are the only ones who might benefit from that in getting Wade, Martin, and Farmar for older similar players but would have no chemistry and too many guards.

The heat have a chance to have Wade and Chalmers along with Beasley, why s***w that up?

The Lakers average 27 years old and made the finals and do not have that much need for a 50 year old player, that would be desperation!

You must be a heat fan. This trade is horrible for detroit and la. pistons lose their three best and two really good benchers and get wade, martin and a pile of c**p. Lakers dont get hurt as much but theyd never do it either. Of course, if the heat did get this through, theyd be unstoppable. Rip and Chauncey with Mario off the bench would be a killer backcourt. Beasley would play the three with johnson at four and gasol at center. Theyd be title contenders.

This would require four separate teams to all give up their franchise players in hopes that another team's franchis player will help them get better. There's no way on earth four teams would suddenly decide to revamp their whole roster. The Pistons especially would never part with Billups, Prince AND Hamilton for just Wade.
