yesterday i was standing by the opened window when it started to rain.I noticed that tiny raindrops rebounded from the jamb gave me the soft cool sense of fresh water.I concentrated on the feeling and replaced it with pins and needles. Now i can't feel/ remember the first tactile sensation.

how can i reverse it(back :)) )?it's difficult because we firstly memorize the pain when it occurs not the pleasure to shield our body

  1. What you are doing is based on classical conditioning and is known as aversive conditioning. This method is used in behavioral modification to ultimately remove an existing deviant behaviour. eg. to stop drinking alcohol.

You are pairing an existing unconditioned stimulus (rain drops rebounding) with another aversive stimulus (pins n needles) resulting in the pain response replacing the tactile response.

To reverse imagine the rain drops and concentrate on the  tactile sensation.
