  1. x cannot equal 0

  2. (a+b)x=c

    x=c/(a+b)

  3. x (a+b) = c

    x = c / (a+b)

    therefore (a + b) cannot add up to 0 as any fraction with a denominator that is zero does not exist

    hope that helps

  4. x * (a+b) = c

    x = c/(a+b)

    restriction would be that a+b cannot be 0  ( ie  +3-3 )

  5. ax + bx = c

    Take x common

    x(a+b) = c

    x = c/(a+b)

    (a+b) can not be equal to zero

  6. x= a+b over c???  I hated math
