today the drier ran a full cycle and one of my jeans had an axe bullet spray in the pocket which i later discovered.

it was in lock position and sprayed proberly afterwards.

now it does say highly flammable/explosive on the side.

I unplged the drier for now so does that remove any fire risk overnight?

also is it possible it may ignite next time i run the drier?

thanx

  1. It will be just fine. My hubby has sent hundreds of cigarette lighters through the wash and dryer, and so far no explosions. Most of the time these things can take much higher temperatures than you would think (I know from personal experience with leaving things in the car in the middle of an AZ summer), and you don't have any risk of it igniting the next time because the bullet won't be in there.

  2. Your dryer is safe now.  Its only when the bullet itself is exposed to extreme heat, not the spray.  You're lucky though.  Check your pockets next time.
