Axillary hyperhidrosis surgery?

after the surgery...are you in a lot of pain? can you not move your arm? will you need a sling? where do they actually cut you? will there be scarring? PLEASE HELP!

Carried out under general anesthesia through one or more small insertion incisions below the armpit.

"Typically, the patient remains in the hospital for a period of 12-24 hours following surgery. There is post-operative pain following surgery and most patients will require some oral pain medication for a period of 7-10 days following surgery."
