B-12 Chemtool Carb cleaner in Motorcycle air box.?

Question

I want to use B-12 Chemtool on my motocycle carbs. It is hard to get diectley to the carb throats. Will it damage my airbox if I get any of it directley on the plastic?

Put it in the Gas tank (with some gas) and Ride, I have and it stinks but it helped smooth out the idle.
