B 50, starts and stops right away

Question

Hi,our B 50 worked perfectly till this morning. Everything looks fine, there's water, power and coffee. It shows READY, I press on the CUP SIGN, we can hear that it starts sucking the water for 1 sec and then stops.What should I do?Thanks a lot for any help,Vincent
