The fight was stopped between the third and forth round. After B.J. cold the stop. I honestly think that Sean Shirk wood have won. B.J. was really tired. U tell me !

If B.J. will ever fight G.S.P. o m f g, B.J. will be just DEAD. He can’t last not even 2 rounds in front of GSP.

  1. Sean Sherk admitted in an interview that it was a good stoppage.  BJ Penn landed over 80 jabs in that fight and the big knee at the end of the third rund was more than sherk could handle.  I am a huge Sean Sherk fan, but his strategy in his fight with BJ was badly flawed.

BJ Penn will not likely move up into the 185 weight class to fight GSP.  Look for him to stay at 155 and dominate that division for some time to come.

Everyone keeps talking about Penn Moving up, but what I would like to see is GSP move up to 205 and fight Anderson Silva.  Probably won't happen, but would be a dream fight.

  2. Sean Sherk didn't even know the what had hit him when the fight was stopped, his face was a mess at the post fight and as usual BJ looked fresh faced.

BJ and GSP had a great fight the first time and GSP went to the hospital and BJ went to the afterparty.  GSP won the decision but he did it with takedowns that really didn't amount to much.  It would be a closer fight than you are letting on I have a feeling.

Edit:  Anderson Silva is 185 pound fighter, GSP is 170 pound fighter.  So BJ would move to 170 to fight GSP or GSP would move to 185 to fight Anderson or Anderson will move to 205 and fight Chuck.

VVVV Below has the weight classes wrong VVV

  3. BJ Penn really won I'd say :)***

  4. Did you watch the fight?  B.J dominated the entire fight while standing up. Just imagine if it went to the ground.  Clearly Sherk was done.  I picked Sherk to win this fight because I cannot stand B.J.  B.J. brought his game to an entire new level and GSP should take note of that.  Not sure who would win that fight but it would be great.

  5. I agree with you, in order to come in at 170 with out being out of shape would be to much work for BJ

  6. did you even watch the fight? BJ dominated Sherk the entire fight, and hit him with a devasting knee followed by a few punches that clearly ended Sherk. There was no way Sherk could have continued. People act like if BJ is breathing hard he is so out of shape... he just fought 3 rounds of a fight, he's going to be somewhat fatigued. Don't count BJ out of the GSP fight, both fighters have grown alot and the first fight was close. No matter what it is going to be an awesome fight.

  7. If you even think that Sherk would have won that fight had it went another round you need to learn more about fighting.  B.J. dominated that whole fight and was not even tired.

  8. How about you re-write your question and statement into something we can actually understand?

  9. hahaha wow...do you even watxch MMA better yet the UFC

Sean Sherk did nothing in that fight except eat left jabs and take right hooks to the face, were you too busy watching the Hills or what? it wasnt even a close fight.

  10. hahaha wow, this shows that you either A. didn't even watch this fight or B. you have no clue what you are talkin about.... Sherk was eating jabs all night, and got his only take down attempt stuffed. BJ was picking him apart all night and IF the fight went further BJ would have still won by KO or TKO. Sherk was dead on his feet and the stoppage was a favor to him...

If BJ and GSP fight again i think it would be a very good fight. A lot better than most people think. The first fight was close and they have both improved greatly. BJ has proved that when he trains hard and is prepared there is no one that can touch him. GSP is the same way... His head wasn't right the first time he fought Serra and got knocked out. When he came back and dominated Koscheck and Hughes and also stopped Serra he proved that when his head is right hes unbeatable.... This is gonna be a great fight and i cant wait for it to happen....

Of course GSP has to get by Fitch and BJ needs to beat either Huerta or Florian first....

  11. BJ Penn not only won, but dominated the fight. Sean Sherk looked terrible, and would not have won...

I don't even know why im replying, are you being serious?

Also, why are you speaking like that?
