I am so fed up with B&Q in our town! Every shopping trip there is turning in painful experience that I am too scared to go now, in case I loose it with someone. How long does it take to buy something once you have chosen? Five min, ten? Guess again! Hour and a half!!! Nobody seems to know anything about products, or how to place an order in which you can go away with half goods that are in stock and pick up the rest when it arrives tomorrow. You get, 'Ill just check...Matt! Matt!!' and walks away after Matt leaving you standing there...next pearson comes along 'can I help'...only if he knew how...
Half of the lights on display are discontinued but no indication of it, you find out after you have been choosing for an hour, looked for human to tell you were to pick one from, for them to tell you is discontinued and they are not allowed to touch it until head office sends electrician. Put a label on it!!!! Arghhhh
Anyone else finding customer service a struggle at B&Q stores?
