Phone light glowing orange---but no phone connected to hub

only phone in house on standard B. T. line

  1. it sounds like your bt hub phone is on try reset at back of hub


  2. That mean that you haven't connected a phone to the HUB.

    I would contact BT about it, maybe you suscribed to the service.
