It was owned by a Black guy way before a White company (viacom) purchased it. Bob Johnson still has some affiliation with the company.

Than you must have a problem with the word "Historically Black Colleges" then.? There's no need to call a network White entertainment...most programming is geared towards Whites. And if you and the dude below you want to see White entertainment...change the channel to CMT!
