  1. Work harder then the other girl.. Give it your all every practice, every game, every day! I play softball and there is a girl and she is a better outfeilder then me but i got left feild and she got right because I work harder then her. I hustle and run while she walks everywere. Show how good you really are and how hard you are willing to work for the a position and you will get it. Whatever you do do not quit because you are on the b team. That will get you absolutly no were!!

    Best Of Luck!

  2. well that is the same with me but in in 8th and am way better than any other player im a setter and they just need good setters so stay on the team and u will be great by the way wat school do u go to

  3. well let me start with my Coaches point of view:

This is a team sport and most coaches do whats best for the team. you may be a better player than other on the A team but is your all around game as good? Secondly, the coach may think that your not quite there  yet, but could be, so its a 2 fold opportunity. 1 you get to help out lesser players and show better sportsmanship and 2 it will give you an opportunity to get a lot more touches on the ball than you might have at the A level which will only help improve your game.

Now from a player point of view:

You should want to do as much as possible for you team and organization. Any play time is better than no play time and more play time is better than just a little play time. Use this opportunity to work on anything your coach might think needs polishing. Ask your coach why they made the choice they did.

  4. that will happen, at almost every level, there will be a player who is not as good as you, not as hard working as you, etc, but the coach seems blind (or oblivious) to that.

try talking it over with the coach (i wouldn'tt mention the other player though, it puts off as if you're not a team player, you're just out for yourself)
