B1 & L1 visa matter?

Question

I have B1 visa for 10 years. No my company want me to apply for L1 visa.

i know B1 visa is valid eventhough i leave company but not L1 visa.

so what will happen to B1 if I get L1 visa.

if i leave my company after 2 years, still my B1 visa is valid or I need to apply again.

can a person hold 2 the visa at same time?

Pls give clear cut and short answer, i don't want 500 words short note on US visa matters.

Dear sir, i have b1 ,b2 bussiness visitor visa but i want to convert in the L1 visa, please let me know the proper direction and procedure for the same. what kind of requirement for the b1, b2 visa convert to L1 visa.
