A follow-on from yesterday's poll, but this time for girls:

1. Emily Taylah OR Emily Grace - Whilst Emily is a sound name, it is a little common and predictable for my taste. I would choose the combination Emily Grace out of the two, because it is a classic and classy name. I wouldn't choose Taylah, because even though the spelling indicates a girl, it is still a unisex name, which I am not a fan of.

2. Leila (LAY-LA) Grace OR Leila Samaire (SA-MARE) Wow... I think the combination Leila Samaire really flows well together! I have never seen them put together before. Leila is a nice name too, although not really my taste.

3. Michaela Chenae OR Mikaylah Renae - I would choose Michaela Chenae, but only because I like the traditional spelling of Michaela. If I had my pick I would choose Michaela Renae

4. Amber Dominique OR Isabel Mai-Lynn - I would choose Isabel Mai-Lynn - again an odd combination that just 'fits'. I also really don't like the name Dominique because it reminds me of a d********x.

5. April Xaviera (ZAY-VIA) OR Lauren Addison - April Xaviera has a better flow to it, so I would choose than one. I don't really like the combination Lauren Addison all that much. However if you chose something a little girlier like Laurel Adelaide I would have picked that one!

6. Sidney Jasmin OR Paige Aaliyah - Tough choice here! Probably Paige Aaliyah! I'm not sure why though.

7. Quinn Mikaylah OR Quinn Madeline-Jade - Quinn Madeline-Jade! I do love the name Madeline, and Jade is my name, so I'm a littled biased.

Emily Grace- An adorable name and doesn't sound made up like the middle name Taylah does.

Leila Grace- Once again, Samaire sounds made up.

Mikayla Renae- Though neither names pop out at me, this name is simple and to the point.

Isabel Mai-Lynn- I love the name Isabel and Mai-Lynn isn't half bad.

Lauren Addison- Simple and unique.

Paige Aaliyah- Paige is an awesome name. Aaliyah is not but whatever.

Quinn Madeline-Jade- Quinn is my boy cousins name so I don't favor it but Madeline-Jade is cute.

1. Emily Grace - Not a huge fan of either name , but I dislike creative spellings even more than I do filler middle names... So Emily Grace wins by default.

2. Leila Samaire - if I'm going to choose an exotic name, I might as well go all out. Besides, Samaire is quite pretty.

3. Michaela Chenae - I dislike Chenae (is it said Shan-ay or Chen-ay?), as it sounds a too trendy and creative for my taste. However, I'm willing to sacrifice an odd middle name for a nicely spelled first name. I'll always go with the sophisticated, traditional Michaela over Mikaylah.

4. Isabel Mai-Lynn - A hard choice, since I like the names Dominique, Isabel and Mai. I don't really like the name Amber (very dated) or Lynn (dated filler middle name), and I dislike hyphenated names (they look pretentious to me). Isabel won out because I couldn't imagine giving a girl the name Amber. I would definitely prefer the name Isabel Dominique.

5. Lauren Addison - My name is Lauren. While I've never been a huge fan of my name, I like it more than April (mostly because April might get the nickname 'Ape'). I'm not fond of the name Addison, but I like Xaviera well enough.

6. Paige Aaliyah - The name flows a bit better, and I can't imagine using the name Sidney for a girl (or using it as a name at all, since I live in Sydney). I dislike that trendy way of spelling Jasmine. If you don't want the 'e' at the end, go for the Yasmin spelling.

7. Quinn Mikaylah - This was a hard choice. I'm not fond of creative spellings, but I also dislike hyphenated names. And I dislike the name Jade (many trashy girls in my area have this name). The name Quinn Mikaylah won because it flows better than the other name.

Emily Grace. Yes it is more common, but it is also very pretty and flows nicely. Taylah sounds like a ghetto version of Taylor.

2. Leila (LAY-LA) Grace OR Leila Samaire (SA-MARE)

Leila Grace but I prefer it spelled Layla.

3. Michaela Chenae OR Mikaylah Renae

Is Michaela Renee an option? Michaela is much better because it is the original spelling and is popular in Italy and Spain, Mikaylah is just the trashy "american" version of a pretty European name. Chenae sounds ridiculous, but Renee is nice as long as it's spelled like that and not like Renae, because once again it's a butchered "american" version of a French name.

4. Amber Dominique OR Isabel Mai-Lynn

Isabel Mai-Lynn, although I'm not crazy about the middle name.

5. April Xaviera (ZAY-VIA) OR Lauren Addison

April Xaviera is my favorite on your list so far! April is a sweet, pretty name and Xaviera is very unique but still nice and they flow together well. Lauren Addison is far too common.

6. Sidney Jasmin OR Paige Aaliyah

7. Quinn Mikaylah OR Quinn Madeline-Jade

Quinn Madeline-Jade. I think Quinn is super cute and although I'm not usually a fan of hyphenated names, I like this one.

Over all my two favorites are April Xaviera and Quinn Madeline- Jade.

I think it sounds nice if the first letter of the middle name and last name match. It tends to have a nice ring to it. Like Ashley Madeline Mckenna or Melissa Regan Roth. So whichever middle name flows with your last name the best.
