i already have :

1: my water broke. you put little tiny plasitc baby dolls into a ice cube tray and put one "baby cube" into each persons glasses, people keep an eye on their "baby cube" and when the cube melts and baby is free in glass they shout" my water broke" first one to have there water break wins.

2 every one uses a length of string to guess how big the belly is.

3 everyone gets a home made candy pacifer necklace, and no one can say baby, so every time some one does and gets caught whoever caught them gets there neckalce, at the end the person with the most wins.

4. candy bars game, have to rememebr which candy bars are there.

5, baby words and items mixed up, just unscramble the letter.

i'm trying to find a story type thing, where every time it say left you pass an item left, everytime is right you pass something right but i need a one page story for that, and any other ideas you all have! thanks for any and all help!

  1. For another candy bar game, you can melt chocolate into diapers, and have them smell to guess what candy it is. Its really entertaining!! haha and you can also play baby bingo. You can buy that game at stores. There is also this clothes pin game, where everyone starts out with one clothes pin and if you catch someone crossing their legs you get to take all their pins, and towards the end of the shower the person with the most clothes pins wins the game =]

  2. Guess the weight...Guess the date of birth....

  3. do the dirty diaper game before your guest come get a diaper and melt a  chocolate candy bar  inside the diaper and tape it under one chair and towards the end of the shower ask everyone to look under their chair and the one with the poopy diaper wins. and it's also fun if you know the baby's full name to see how many words you can make for its name in 3 minutes the guest with the most words when

  4. I don't have a story idea written out but you could make up a mad lib type story about the mom to be and her pregnancy and then have people fill in the blanks without seeing it.

Another idea is to get sippy cups (cheap ones at the dollar store) and fill with water.  See who can suck down the water the fastest.  We did this and it was hiliarious and who would have guessed my Grandmother would win that??

The last idea is a bit more pricey but could be considered your "gift" to the mom to be.  You get a bunch of baby things at Target or Wal-Mart.  You keep the receipts and then you to "Price is Right" where you show the item and have them write down the price.  Then they add up the total and who ever is the closest to the actual price without going over wins.  We had a lot of fun doing this and it was a great way to give the mom to be a lot of the smaller things (rattle, teether, bibs, recieving blanket, onesie, pacifiers, bottle, etc.)

    Good Luck!

  5. Get some baby food and

Put a little bit on a plate and have each person taste/sniff or look at  it and guess what it is...

Also get clothes pins... each person gets one or two and you can play it one of two ways

Either people cant say the word "baby" or you cant cross your legs.  If anyone at the party commits one of these no-no's then they get there clothespin taken away.  Person at the end with the most wins.

Guess the weight, s*x, length and birthdate of the baby.  If the bday and s*x are already known, then just do the length and weight.  Or you can do any combination of the above.

Other than that, you have some great ideas.

  6. Ok, Every time you say diaper, you pass the diaper to the next

    person.

Mary went to buy cloth diapers. Mary bought ten new born

daipers at the store. Once Mary arrived home she decided to

wash the diapers. Finally the daipers were done washing. So

Mary put the daipers on the line. Soon it began to look dark

outside, So Mary took the daipers off the line. Each and every diaper did feel still damp. So as much as Mary did not

want to put the daipers in the dryer, she did, Soon Shortly the

buzzer went off. Mary took the daipers out and they were dry.

Now the daipers were ready to be worn.

So thats ten Daipers that has ben said. Who is stuck

with the diaper . That person has to get up and sing the baby

    song.
