  1. plenty of practice on a tramp should help

  2. Start with your hands streched out in the air. Throw them down while you crouch that throw them STRAIGHT UP in the air while you jump. It is very important to jump up rather than out. Once your up tuck in hard and grab your knees. You might land crouched or kneeling but just keep practicing.

  3. practice in a swimming pool

  4. Well, its easy once you know to to do it, all you have to do is to warm up first of all, then warm your arms by swinging them in a circulatory motion but backwards, then when you feel your ready,

bend your knees slightly, jump, swing your arms as fast as you can and as hard(this is the main bit) and tuck your body in, then straighten your body out when you land, although if your new then i recomend you do it on a mat or something soft so you wont break your neck. Have fun ;)
